Storage Refresh using Netapp Plugin Failed (Doc ID 2327565.1)

Refresh of SAN storage using Netapp Storage Plugin fails with the following error:


FailedOperationException: OVMAPI_B000E Storage plugin command [storage_plugin_getCapabilities] failed for storage server [xxx] failed with [ OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send command: dispatch to server: xxxx failed. OVMAPI_4004E Server Failed Command: dispatch https://?uname?:?pwd?@xxx:8899/api/3 storage_plugin_getCapabilities oracle.netapp.SCSIPlugin.StoragePlugin, Status: OSCPlugin.OperationFailedEx:'NetApp Data ONTAP Failure: failed'
