Oracle Linux: Newly-Subscribed Channels Not Listed By The "yum repolist" Command (Doc ID 2327651.1)

Symptoms

On a server registered with the Oracle (ULN) Unbreakable Linux Network (https://linux.oracle.com), some ULN channel subscriptions are not shown as active by the yum(8) tool.

Using a direct ULN query shows all four registered distribution channels:

 

Changes

In our example, new channels were added by using the ULN web site.  A similar issue would have presented had some channel subscriptions been removed via ULN, also.
