Symptoms
After an upgrade of Oracle VM Server, it fails to boot due to below error:
Error

Loading Xen 4.4.4OVM
error: file '/xen.gz' not found
Loading Linux 4.1.12-103.9.2.el6uek.x86_64

Loading initial ramdisk
