Windows VM Reboots Randomly without PV Driver Installed (Doc ID 2329096.1)

Symptoms

Having issues with windows virtual servers in Oracle VM server reboots randomly. All event logs have the same error message as below:-

 

The Event logs
Event 41 Error Kernel-Power"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly"
Event 1001, BugCheck The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000101 (0x0000000000000061, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff880009c0180, 0x0000000000000001). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: <REPORT ID>.
