An Oracle Linux server running Impreva SecureSphere Remote Agent may experience CPU stall, BUG softlockup or similar resulting in eventual kernel panic, system crash/reboot.
The system log, /var/log/messages, may not denote any relevant messages regarding the failure.
Where available, the system console/remote access console e.g. Sun/Oracle ILOM of the affected system is likely to contain relevant messages.
Similarly, when configured, any resultant vmcore is also likely to denote relevant messages.
