Hardware Changes on OVS Servers Results in Inconsistencies in OVMM DB

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrading memory and cpu on physical oracle VM server and rebooting it, the oracle VM manager doesn't show up the correct values for memory and cpu for this server and get below error:
OVMRU_002063E No utility server could be found for operation on repository: Repository_XX. These presented servers could not be used: ovs1: - Server: ovs1 is not running [Thu Oct 19 10:18:35 UTC 2017]
And, when we try to start one virtual machine on this server, we get below error:
OVMRU_005071E Virtual Machine: VM1, cannot be started/resumed on any server in server pool: pool_tor, because there are no compatible servers for this VM. Reasons: - Server: ovs1 is not running [Thu Oct 19 10:21:24 UTC 2017]
Upgraded memory and did hardware level changes.
