Goal

When attempting to create a pool for a new Oracle VM environment, the job fails with "/dev/.... already in a cluster".

Oracle VM Manager  shows below error:

<2017-11-28T10:53:53.979-0500> <Error> <ovm.mgr.api.job.Job> <Job[Create Cluster Heartbeat Device on Cluster: xxxx ] Internal (operation) Error due to : OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send command: create_pool_filesystem to server:ovs-server failed. OVMAPI_4004E Sync command failed on server: x.x.x.x Command: create_pool_filesystem, Server error: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: <type 'exceptions.Exception'>:/dev/mapper/36xxxx already in a cluster
