Symptoms

- Not possible to mount LVM devices of a Volumen Group.
- One or more physical volumes are marked as missing in LVM commands but the disks are present and the UUID shows as available.
- When attempting to modify The related VG or the LV it fails due to missing devices.

 

Changes

After a patching and reboot on the server. Or even after a Storage outage this issue can be showed.
