vmpinfo3 command Hangs in "xm debug-keys" During sosreport Collection of Oracle VM Server (Doc ID 2336239.1)

Symptoms

vmpinfo3 command may hang in "xm debug-keys" during sosreport collection of Oracle VM Server as per below logs from the /var/logs/messages file:
