Unable to Mount NFSv4 on Client but NFSv3 Works (Doc ID 2336940.1)

Symptoms

Mount successful with NFSv3

[root@<HOST> ~]# mount |grep <NFS_SERVER>
<NFS_SERVER>:/<FOLDER> on /<MOUNT_POINT> type nfs (rw,v3,addr=<IP_ADDR>)

But  below error occurs when  try to mount using NFSv4

[root@<HOST> ~]# mount -o v4 <NFS_SERVER>:/<FOLDER> /<MOUNT_POINT>
mount.nfs: access denied by server while mounting <NFS_SERVER>:/<FOLDER>

 

[root@<HOST>]# mount -vvv -t nfs -o vers=4 <NFS_SERVER>:/<FOLDER> /<MOUNT_POINT>
