[PCA 2.x] Running Vmpinfo on Management Node or Sosreport on Compute Node can Cause "soft lockups"

Symptoms
On Private Cloud Appliance, when using release 2.3.1 and collecting either a vmpinfo using e.g. :
# pca-diag vmpinfo
or collecting directly a sosreport from the compute nodes using e.g. :
# sosreport
When running the following plugin :
Running 52/76: ovm3...
The following kind of soft lockups can be witnessed :
Message from syslogd@ovcacn08r1 at Nov 2 16:53:50 ...
kernel:BUG: soft lockup - CPU#12 stuck for 22s! [blkid:6228]
This does not apply to PCA release 2.3.2 and higher.
