Symptoms
When attempting to upgrade an Oracle VM server, receiving a failure in the Oracle VM Manager :
Child job 1513131902854 fail reason: OVMAPI_4028E Cannot upgrade server. Server's boot partition must have a minimum of 200MB available space and only has 191MB. [Tue Dec 12 21:25:04 EST 2017]
The /boot partition on Oracle VM Server has less than 200 MB free disk space (approximately 191 MB free) .
