Symptoms

The following errors can be observed in dmesg:


OCFS2: ERROR (device dm-1): ocfs2_validate_gd_self: Group descriptor #8257536 has bad signature
File system is now read-only due to the potential of on-disk corruption. Please run fsck.ocfs2 once the file system is unmounted.
(fstrim,6314,0):ocfs2_trim_fs:7338 ERROR: status = -22

 

and the filesystem goes read-only
