[ PCA 2.3.x] PCA-Software Triggered SAN Refreshes are Marked as Failed in ovca.log (Doc ID 2344536.1)

Symptoms

On Private Cloud Appliance, on various scenarios such as when creating a new tenant group using pca-admin, there are PCA Software initiated refreshes of the SAN Servers.

The PCA task performing this refresh may possibly time out before the corresponding job completes on the Oracle VM level.
