[ PCA / OVM ] A Live migration Fails with "XendError: Timeout waiting for domain XX to suspend"

Symptoms

On Private Cloud Appliance and Oracle VM, when attempting to live migrate a Virtual Machine, the following error is being reported in the /var/log/ovs-agent.log of the compute node from which the migration is initiated :
