[PCA 2.x / OVM] Live migration Fails with "XendError: Timeout waiting for domain XX to suspend" (Doc ID 2344906.1)

On Private Cloud Appliance and Oracle VM, when attempting to live migrate a Virtual Machine, the following error is being reported in the /var/log/xen/xend.log of the compute node from which the migration is initiated :
