[ PCA 2.3.1+ ] Reprovisioning Compute Node no longer Re-creates the VLANs (Doc ID 2345698.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, after installing or upgrading to release 2.3.1 or higher, after re-provisioning a compute node using a command such as :

The custom VLANs which used to be created on the different bonds of the compute nodes are no longer being re-created during re-provisioning.
