Oracle Linux 7 : Kernel Panics with " BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference" After Assigning to FC Zoning

Symptoms

Server reboots in loop after it is assigned to zoning without presenting a lun.
Issue is noticed  on kernel-uek-4.1.12-94.5.7.el7uek.x86_64 onwards.
