Symptoms

On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, when attempting to refresh a LUN from a Compute Node, the refresh fails with the following kind of error :

OVMAPI_7262E Unable to find an owned and running server to perform refreshStorageElement operation on X. Reasons: None found for cluster: YYYY [Tue Jan 23 13:01:36 UTC 2018]

This usually happens after a storage change where LUNs have been unassigned or assigned to new Compute Nodes.
