[ PCA ] The Oracle VM Manager does not start or log anything to AdminServer.log upon a restart of the ovca service (Doc ID 2354775.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, when running a command such as :

# service ovca restart

there appears to be no logging in the following file :

/u01/app/oracle/ovm-manager-3/domains/ovm_domain/servers/AdminServer/logs/

This location may vary based on the Private Cloud Appliance version.

And the Oracle VM Manager is not available.
