Get below error when executing kollacli command, e.g.:
$ kollacli property set enable_cinder no

sync_write_file(file_path, write_data)
File "/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/kollacli/common/", line 362, in sync_write_file
Exception: unable to get ansible lock while writing to /usr/share/kolla/ansible/group_vars/__GLOBAL__ as it was locked.


This error might be seen with any kollacli command.
