[PCA 2.x] Unable to Ping or SSH to Xsigo Fabric Director Over Management Network (Doc ID 2360809.1)

While attempting ssh into either Fabric Director ovcasw15r1 or ovcasw22r1, the following error is observed.

There is no physical indication on the Fabric Director such as red or amber LED's to indicate the fabric director is down or not accessible.

No recent changes.
