UEK4 Kernel Panic When Reset ZFS Storage Controller (Doc ID 2368596.1)

Symptoms

The server running with UEK4 attached to a ZFS storage had kernel panic when the Storage controller is reset as part of a ZFS upgrade. The below are the call traces found during the panic.  If there are pending I/O's the node should could alternatively have hung rather than panic.
