[ PCA ] How to Remove a Compute Node from the PCA Client Interface (Doc ID 2372365.1)

Goal

How to remove a compute node ("CN") from PCA that no longer exists in (has been removed from) OVM.

This may be required if the CN has been successfully removed from the OVM Manager, but "pca-admin list compute-node" still shows it as existing and running
