After P2V Of SLES 11 Server, VM Can't See New Virtual Disks Or Extended Disk Size (Doc ID 2376082.1)

Symptoms

On : 3.4.4 version, P2V and V2V

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After P2V of SLES 11 Server, VM can't see new virtual disks or extended disk size


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Guest OS should reflect any newly added disk from the OVM manager, or if any disk is getting extended in size.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. P2V a SLES 11 server
2. Import and start it in Oracle VM.
3. Add a new disk to it or extend an existing one.
