Oracle VM: Xen Causing "There will be no MCA support on chip <N> core <N> strand <N> (cmi_hdl_create returned NULL)" (Doc ID 2379561.1)

On : 3.4.4 version, DomU, Guest VM, Virtual Machine

After upgrading XEN to xen-4.4.4-155.0.22.el6.x86_64 , below warning appears in the messages log:

Mar 7 10:09:31 <....>: [ID 763091 kern.warning] WARNING: cpupm_init: processor 2: unable to initialize C-state support
Mar 7 10:09:31 <....>: [ID 230305 kern.warning] WARNING: There will be no MCA support on chip 0 core 1 strand 2 (cmi_hdl_create returned NULL) <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Upgrade XEN to 4.4.4-155.0.22.el6
2. Start a Solaris 10 guest
