ASM Scan Disk Returns Different Result On Different Cluster Nodes

After running oracleasm scandisks on nodes 2 and 3 in a cluster, listdisks does not show all of the disks:
Only node 1 shows all the disks:
The storage team attempted to install a 3rd Party tool, "Infinidat Host Power Tool" and the customer upgraded the kernel node 1, coincidentally right before the problem started.
