[PCA 2.x] I/O Error in Virtual Machine and Compute Node, with FS1-2 Storage Error "SAN Non-optimized Access" (Doc ID 2386776.1)

Repository using Oracle FS1-2 Storage.

VM Guests receiving errors:

In addition, the Oracle FS1-2 logs show the following message:

Time Occurred: Wed Feb 28 01:01:30 AST 2018
User: (system)
Affected Item: /PCA/ECM/RAC_FRA/RAC_LUN01


Access for the specified SAN LUN was established through the Controller that is not the configured owner. Performance might be affected. Check the FSPM configuration, if installed. Contact Oracle Customer Support for more information.
