Symptoms
iSCSI devices do not become available after boot.
There devices can be available after manually run command iscsiadm to login to target as below:
# mount /dev/sdc1 /mnt/cdrom
mount: special device /dev/sdc1 does not exist
# iscsiadm -m node --login
# mount /dev/sdc1 /mnt/cdrom
#ls /mnt/cdrom
