[PCA 2.x] How to Create another VLAN for Virtual Machines Requiring External Network Connectivity (Doc ID 2394872.1)

In some cases, customers want to create a new VLAN for external network connectivity in case of IP addresses exhausted from existing VLAN.

This document provides the step by step procedure to generate a new VLAN from OVMM in PCA 2.3.1 or above
