'uln-yum-mirror' Fails With Errors 'Warning: cannot find repository' 'No repositories found' on Local Repository Server. (Doc ID 2396385.1)

Symptoms

When running the "uln-yum-mirror" script on your local repository server does not sync all repositories correctly and reviewing the log shows the following errors.

NOTE: Using "ol7_x86_64_spacewalk24_client" as an example in below outputs:

Running "yum repolist" on the local yum repository server also shows that the specific repository that is encountering the errors above reports "0" RPMs under the "status" field.
