Oracle Linux 7 : 'rm' Command Results Unusual Characters (Doc ID 2398118.1)

rm command returns special character (a with an umlaut) in place of single quotes.

Example error code :

[root@server ]# rm users
rm: remove regular file âusersâ?

This issue is seen only on Oracle Linux 7 VMs and not on Oracle Linux 6 VMs.
