Symptoms

A user cannot access their own crontab file, with permission denied errors.

In the example below, the grid user cannot access its own crontab:

> crontab -l

Permission denied
You (grid) are not allowed to access to (crontab) because of pam configuration.
no_sid @ localhost:/home/grid
