OVS Agent Log Error "AUTH_CONNECTION_TO_MANAGER_FAILED" on Oracle VM Sparc/Ldom OVM

Symptoms

This is Oracle VM   for SPARC environment. Note this is for Sparc version and not x86 version.

After updating to the latest version of ovs-agent, there is a warning symbol (yellow exclamation mark )on the OVM server in manager UI.

When checking ovs-agent log in Sparc Solaris OS, you can see below error,
