Linux : QLogic HBA Firmware Report Underrun

Symptoms
Following errors noted in the /var/log/messages log file of the server.
kernel: qla2xxx 0000:04:00.0: scsi(2:0:2): Abort command issued -- 1 56f01 2002.
kernel: qla2xxx 0000:04:00.0: scsi(2:1:1): Abort command issued -- 1 2f07fe 2002.
kernel: qla2xxx 0000:04:00.0: scsi(2:0:4): Abort command issued -- 1 4114c8 2002.
kernel: qla2xxx 0000:04:00.0: scsi(2:0:2): Abort command issued -- 1 616c18 2002.
kernel: qla2xxx 0000:04:00.0: scsi(2:0:4): Abort command issued -- 1 7945fb 2002.
This is seen only on one HBA which is a QLogic 8GB Fibre Channel

The storage/SAN side logs does not have any indication on this HBA abort.
