ssh Fails with Error Log "Authentication Refused: Bad Ownership Or Modes For Directory /home/XXX" in OCI-C or OCI Linux Instances (Doc ID 2407691.1)

Symptoms

 Not able to login through SSH to Cloud Instance. Error shows "Server refused our key". In this article, we used issue with user "usertest" for document purpose, This issue could be applicable to any user.

 Directory permission was changed to 777
