When Removing a LVM Disk all Volume Groups are Deactivated (Doc ID 2412348.1)

Removing a disk which was part of LVM earlier will deactivate all volume groups.

As seen in the system log file /var/log/messages:

Installed lvm2 version 2.02.171-8.0.1.el7.x86_64 or 2.02.177-4.0.1.el7.x86_64
