The /var/log/messages reports the following errors every hour


 The following error appears every time customer tries to modify the /etc/ file:   

# touch /etc/
touch: cannot touch ‘/etc/’: Permission denied



Customer ran xfs_repair -n /dev/mapper/ol-root   to repair corruption in the file system
