sg_map -i -x Doesn't Show The Tape Devices Connected To The Server (Doc ID 2424712.1)

Symptoms

Tape devices do not show up in sg_map output (sg0/1/2 are block devices here, not tape devices):

# sg_map -i -x
/dev/sg0 0 1 0 0 0 /dev/sda LSI Logical Volume 3000
/dev/sg1 0 0 0 0 0 SEAGATE ST930003SSUN300G 0B70
/dev/sg2 0 0 1 0 0 SEAGATE ST930003SSUN300G 0B70


Tape devices are connecting through FC via HBA card, and below failure can be found in system log:
