Symptoms
After upgrading Oracle VM to 3.4.5, starting virtual machines fails with
OVMRU_005007E Virtual Machine: <VM name>, cannot be started/resumed on Server: <server name>. Reasons: - VM: <VM name>, has LUN <lun name>, which is missing from server <server name>. The path to the LUN is down.
This is seen for several guests and several LUNS
Indeed, running multipath -ll doesn't show the devices.
Changes
Used yum to update the server to release 3.4.5
