Refreshing a repository after increasing the size of the LUN and filesystem associated with it fails with an error like:

OVMAPI_2005E "[LocalFileSystemDbImpl] 0004fb00000500009d26545485345ee1<6581>" contains a component "0004fb00000500009d26545485345ee1" in error. Error event: filesystem.size.mismatch., Summary: Filesystem size exceeds physical disk size, Description: OVMEVT_00A007D_000 Filesystem: 0004fb00000500009d26545485345ee1 size 1,099,511,627,776 exceeds size 536,870,912,000 of its physical disk: <name>

The correct (new) size of the LUN is shown in the Oracle VM Manager GUI and CLI and also on the servers the correct size is seen for the LUN and the filesystem

LUN size was increased and physical disks refreshed in the GUI.
