It's not possible to create the local OVS server repository OVM_SYS_REPO_PART_*.

The OVM Manager is not viewing the local disk as available.

The Job to rediscover physical disks in the server keep running for hours.

The "dmesg" command in the OVS show a lot of messages like:

[174063.300134] ata4: hard resetting link
[174063.604943] ata4: SATA link down (SStatus 4 SControl 300)
[174063.604955] ata4: EH complete
[174063.605118] ata5: hard resetting link
[174063.909945] ata5: SATA link down (SStatus 4 SControl 300)
[174063.909954] ata5: EH complete
[174063.910123] ata6: hard resetting link
[174064.214945] ata6: SATA link down (SStatus 4 SControl 300)

The OVS /var/log/ovs-agent.log have the warning:

[2018-07-26 11:59:37 24031] WARNING (notificationserver:146) Event queue is full. Drop new event: {SERVER} {STATUS} {'timestamp': 1532591977296L, 'lastBootTime': 1532430013939L}
