Oracle VM PVM guest panics when boot with  RHCK kernel 2.6.32-754.2.1.el6.x86_64 .  The same VM boots successfully with the latest UEK4 kernel.  Also this VM can boot successfully with the kernel 2.6.32-754.2.1.el6.x86_64 in PVHVM mode.
