Oracle Spacewalk: GUI Does not Show the New System Status even after Updating the Client Hosts (Doc ID 2437766.1)

Symptoms

After a client host is upgraded, the Spacewalk UI continues to show the original update status.  Causing a status refresh does not show the new status.  One or more clients can fail to update the status display.

The screen System History Event shows the message:

 Upgrade one or more client host.
