Oracle Linux: Unable To SSH Server and Getting Error"bash: cvs: command not found" (Doc ID 2451810.1)

Symptoms

While SSH to  host getting below error:

[root@testbox1 ~]# ssh 10.178.xx.xx
root@10.178.xx.xx's password:
bash: cvs: command not found >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> error
Connection to 10.178.xx.xx closed

Also below symptoms will be noticed

1. Putty closes after logging in oracle Linux
2. ssh from terminal also closes after successful login (same machine or remote machine)
