[PCA 2.x] Compute Node Bootup Fails with Internal USB/SSM Disk after Reprovision (Doc ID 2453557.1)

Private Cloud Appliance - Version 2.3.1 and later
Linux x86-64

Symptoms

Reprovisoin compute node, the OS was installed correctly without any issue, but bootup gets stuck in loop rebooting.

From rescue mode we can see the OS on this compute node has been installed on X5-2 server's internal USB disk(8GB), but it should be installed on the local 50GB RAID disk.
