Symptoms

Oracle VM Server 3.4.5 is installed on an HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 server.  An Ethernet interface. part of a bond, stops passing packets even though the interface is still up.  The bond interface does not fail-over to the backup interface. Communications fail.

So far only on HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 servers with NICs that use tg3 driver version 3.137 and firmware version 5719-v1.46 NCSI v1.4.22.0 have exhibited this behavior.
