[PCA] Motherboard Replacement on Compute Node Results in Slower Processing Speed on Virtual Machines (Doc ID 2463977.1)

Symptoms

After replacing a motherboard on a compute node, virtual machines running on the compute node do not perform as well as other compute nodes.

Executing 'show faulty' on the compute node ILOM does not report any hardware failures.

Changes

 Motherboard was replaced.
