Symptoms

OVM Server crashes during cloning of template from shared NFS Repository. No panic is generated and nothing is captured in the ILO console.

From the ILO - Information - There is the following error:

0x0000000B, Status 0xFE200000'000C110A, Address 0x00000020'EE777980, 
Misc 0x00A44026'0058C08
