Symptoms

While discovering a ZFS storage server using ZFS storage connect plug-in, it fails during the validate storage plug-in stage with below error:

OVMAPI_B000E Storage plugin command [storage_plugin_validate] failed for storage server [0004fb00000900008f4d9f07a3d19006] failed with [com.oracle.ovm.mgr.api.exception.FailedOperationException: OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send command: storage_plugin_validate to server: xxxxxxxxxx failed. OVMAPI_4004E Sync command failed on server: xx.xx.xx.xx. Changes

Oracle VM Manager reinstalled with same UUID. But the above error can come during first discovery also.
