Oracle VM: join re-installed OVS back into previous pool avoiding "Already in cluster" exception (Doc ID 2477157.1)

Goal

Under some circumstances, e.g. hardware failure that OVS cannot be up again, OVS re-installation is taken without removing it from cluster/pool first.

Thus error like below might be seen while joining the re-installed OVS back into its original cluster/pool:
